Product Structure Description

The CNC punching machine control system is a control system that integrates hole editing and small hole processing. The system uses an embedded touch screen system and a friendly human-machine interface to complete hole editing and processing parameter settings. The system can directly accept CAD interactive graphic files (.DXF files) and has strong versatility. The intelligent closed-loop control method completes the precise positioning and continuous processing of multiple holes.

Mechanical features

2.Suitable for processing various conductive materials such as stainless steel, hardened steel, carbide, copper, aluminum, etc.
3.Low power consumption, processing hole diameter 0.15-3mm, maximum depth-to-diameter ratio can reach more than 300cm.
4.High power consumption, processing speed can reach up to 30-60mm/min.
5.Directly penetrate from the inclined surface and curved surface; directly use tap water as the working fluid, and can be recycled in a circulating water tank.
