Single axis CNC EDM drilling machine

This machine tool is mainly composed of seven parts, including spindle, rotary head, coordinate worktable, machine frame, machine electrical, operation panel, and working fluid tank system.
1) Spindle
The Z spindle head is located at the head of the X axis and is the main component for completing the electrode feeding during processing.
2) Operation panel
It mainly realizes the various functional operations of the machine tool. Its panel is equipped with operation switches, buttons and digital display devices
3) Rotary head
It is installed on the slider of the linear guide rail of the spindle head and is driven up and down by the spindle screw. It realizes the functions of clamping, rotating, conducting electricity and sealing of high-pressure working fluid during rotation of the electrode.
4) Coordinate worktable
The coordinate worktable consists of a base, a middle slide, an upper slide, and a marble table. It is installed on the machine frame and completes the clamping and forward, backward, left and right movement of the workpiece.
5) Machine frame
It is the main supporting structure of the machine tool, with a water tank and machine electrical appliances inside.
6) Working fluid system
The working fluid system is placed at the back of the machine frame, and is mainly used for storage, filtration, circulation, high-pressure water jetting and chip removal of the working fluid.
7) Machine tool electrical
The machine tool electrical system is placed at the back of the machine frame, and is equipped with a pulse power supply, spindle system, machine tool electrical appliances, etc.
