Product Structure Description

1.Machine tool bed: adopts a T-shaped compound box overall structure; the main load-bearing structure support ribs connect the carriage, wire frame, and wire transport reference plane to form a stable whole of multiple combinations of T-shaped lines, surfaces, and bodies. Plastic resin sand casting - Ensure the rigid stability of the overall fuselage, ensure the accuracy of the flatness of the reference plane in both dynamic and static conditions, and increase the load weight of the fuselage bearing surface.

2. The workbench carriage part: The carriage adopts a concave and convex solid body, a field-shaped rib structure, and is made of plastic resin sand mold - the structure is stable and not prone to shape errors (deformation).
