Product Structure Description

1. Machine tool bed: adopts a rectangular duplex box overall structure; the main load-bearing structure support ribs connect the carriage, wire rack, and wire transport reference surface to form a stable whole of multiple combined T-shaped lines, surfaces, and bodies, and plastic sand mold casting-ensures the rigidity and stability of the overall machine body, and the flatness of the reference surface is guaranteed in dynamic and static conditions, which increases the load weight of the machine body bearing surface.
2. Workbench carriage part: The carriage adopts a concave and convex solid and field-shaped reinforcement rib structure, which has a stable organizational structure and is not easy to produce shape errors (deformation). The ball screw and linear guide are designed and installed on the same base reference surface-improve the assembly position accuracy and eliminate assembly errors.
3. Wire rack part: The column uses a C-type box structure. The upper part of the C-shaped column (upper wire rack) and the lower wire rack are relatively fixed wire racks, which are rigid and not prone to resonance. The numerical compression spring mechanism of the wire wheel assembly ensures the balanced tension of the molybdenum wire. The square guide rod lifting mechanism uses a worm gear, a helical gear rod and a 900V guide, and a 900V slider for locking and tightening, which can reliably and conveniently adjust the cutting height (electrically). The upper water spray device consists of a water spray plate and a wire stopper, which is connected to the bottom of the square guide rod to stabilize the vibration of the molybdenum wire and assist the upper water spray plate in completely spraying the coolant on the processing area.
